The Aero Base Layer is fully UCI approved.

In use with over half of the World Tour peloton's teams, and worn by men’s and women’s Tour De France champions.

Designed to work in parallel with The Neo Suit, this base layer can also provide significant reductions in drag to any skinsuit with untextured fabrics on the sleeves.

Developed in the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub, this base layer creates macro subsurface structures to trip the boundary layer of air flowing over the arms, yielding aerodynamic savings significantly greater than traditional textured fabrics.

For our latest season's kit, we have now incorporated the Aero base Layer's Technology directly into suits, socks and overshoes. The full Neo Collection can be found here

FAQs

What kit should I wear this with?

The Aero Base Layer is designed to be used with any smooth armed suit or jersey. It should not be used with an outer layer that's made from a textured fabric as this will create interferance and actually raise your drag.

Do I need this with your new Neo Suits?

No, the latest versions of the Neo Suits come with the dual layer arms already incorporated into the suit.

Why are the sleeves 2/3 length?

The sleeves are this length to make sure they stay in place under a long leeve suit. We found 1/2 sleeves could roll up when pulling on a suit, this pulled the ribs out of optimal alignment.
