RIP to backpacks.

The Gravel Suit utilises a 3L capacity pouch at the rear to hold a water reservoir securely in place when riding over rough terrain, eliminating the need to carry a backpack during ultra distance races or on long training rides.

The pouch provides easy access for quick reservoir refills at feed stations, and two loops hold the hose in place for fuss-free hydration. Please note, this suit does not come with a water reservoir but is compatible with all major brands.

This suit has been optimised for a slightly more upright position than seen in road racing and is tailored for gravel racing speeds between 20-30mph.

Reservoir Pocket

Built for the unique requirements of gravel racing. Ultra long distances, high temperatures with few chances to refuel - these conditions require more than just road cycling kit. Featuring a back pocket designed to fit water reservoirs up to 3 litres in volume.

Gravel Specific Chamois

Elastic Interface's Endurance Chamois delivers maximum performance on long distance rides. High density foams and a central channel reduce pressure in sensitive areas to keep you comfortable and eliminate circulation and nerve compression.

Product FAQs

Why is the reservoir pocket on the back not the front?

We chose to position the pocket on the rear of the suit for comfort and fit reasons. The reservoir on the front in testing became uncomfortable and pulled the suit down. Positioned high on the back behind the head still helps reduce your drag.

Can I store something on the front of my torso?

Yes, we created our Cargo Base Layer for this very reason.

How do I look after my Gravel Suit?

Wash on a cool, synthetics wash. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Air dry only. Always close the zipper before washing. Do not wash with rough or sharp items as this can damage the suit. If you have a delicates bag, we recommend using one to wash the suit.

Can I customise your kit with my team logo or personal design?

Yes, custom designs are available for a minimum order of 5 items per style. Please email info@rule28.com for more info

Does the suit provide UV protection?

Yes, all fabrics in this suit are rated as SPF 50+
